Taco Machine was born on an eventful camping trip to the Sierras in the summer of 2023. After arriving late on the first night, one member of the crew demolished all the leftover tacos from dinner, leading someone to say, “Whoa… he’s a Taco Machine.” The name stuck, and the crew was officially born.

What started as a running joke quickly turned into a group of friends chasing mountain bike adventures, road trips, trail rides, bike park laps, and good times on two wheels. In 2026, Taco Machine officially entered the racing scene, with members taking on the first-ever eMTB race at the Sea Otter Classic and racing the Marinduro.
