Why I Ride

A mountain biker in a teal jersey, black pants, and a white helmet riding a bike over a dirt log obstacle labeled 'Tamaranch' in a forested outdoor area with trees and clear blue sky.
A mountain biker wearing a helmet and goggles is mid-air performing a jump over a dirt mound in a forested area with tall pine trees and a partly cloudy sky in the background.

I’m not your typical new-school rider. I’m in my 40s, raised on Freestyle BMX, took time away from riding, and came back to mountain biking with the same drive I had as a kid chasing jumps in the street.

Today, it’s all about progression, style, and keeping that spark alive, whether I’m sending lines at Northstar Bike Park or finding flow on local Bay Area trails.

My content isn’t about being the fastest or flashiest; it’s about the journey. Every video captures real progression, persistence, and passion, connecting with riders who are in it for the same reasons: fun, flow, and freedom.
