I Was Warned About Northstar’s New Livewire!

Northstar’s Livewire mountain bike trail has been redesigned for 2026, with bigger jumps, more technical features, and a much more advanced feel. This was my first look at the new Livewire at Northstar Bike Park in Truckee, California, and it definitely wasn’t what I expected.

I also hit a bunch of other Northstar Bike Park favorites, including Gypsy, Pho Dogg, Speed Control, Playground, Little Trees, the Gatorade Skills Zone, Toyota Jump Park, and the Toyota Truck Gap. It turned into a solid day showcasing what Northstar has to offer beyond the redesigned Livewire.
